Do you really need to improve?

I made this video as a rant after coaching too many clients this week who wanted to “get better” in some way, when all they really needed was to FEEL better, in order to get better results.  They nourished themselves, and the seemingly insurmountable challenges turned out to be mightily manageable.  That’s the good news!  This video shows you how to do the same.

If self-improvement is a jones of yours, and you would love to be more willing to nourish yourself instead of fixing yourself, know that I designed two upcoming offerings just for you:

Ease, Power, and Pleasure – live, in Seattle, at my house, starting September 27

and

Three Keys to Ease – free teleclass Tuesday September 28 (or you can listen to the recording afterward)

Lovely video, Michele – isn’t this about enjoying the journey and if you’re not enjoying the journey you’re heading towards the wrong destination? The type of journeys we take rather than the destinations themselves are what’s most important – destinations never look quite how you expected when you arrive anyway but it’s the journey there that really shapes us.

I know how we’re supposed to ‘work to a schedule’ or ‘work to get money’ and all that but if I work according to how I feel, yes it delays things but boy do I enjoy my life more.

Love the enrichment rather than improvement pointer. I recently read a blog post by someone who said that the trouble with ‘Law of Attraction’ thinking is if we start out by saying ‘I have to attract something in order to be me’ it says ‘I am not enough’. Your post links up to that idea for me. We are self-enriching beings – not ‘not-good-enough’ beings.

Wow Thank you! What makes me power up is exactly what I did today.
Got outside, physically worked really hard, took a long hot shower, and then ate oreo cookies (5 of ‘em -double stuff w/cold milk!) as I watched a funny movie.
Thank you for the video…- very much
